Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zepimedia.com and any marketing services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you have a signed engagement letter or services agreement with us, that document overrides anything below where the two conflict.
The service
Zepi Media is a performance marketing agency for healthcare practices. We provide paid advertising on Meta and Google, AI-driven lead qualification, landing page production, and the systems and reporting that surround them. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or its security,
- scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the content,
- impersonate another person or organisation,
- submit information you know to be false through any of our forms.
Intellectual property
All content on zepimedia.com — copy, designs, code, branding, photography — belongs to Zepi Media or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use it beyond reading the page.
For client engagements: deliverables we produce as part of a paid engagement (ad creative, landing pages, automation systems) are licensed to the client per the terms of the engagement agreement, typically a perpetual licence to use the work in their own marketing for the duration of the relationship and afterwards. We retain ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and tooling we reuse across clients.
Payment
Fees, billing schedule, and accepted payment methods are set out in each individual engagement agreement. Late payment may incur interest at the rate set out in that agreement and may result in suspension of service.
Confidentiality
Anything either side shares during an engagement that’s reasonably understood to be confidential — patient counts, revenue, internal processes, audience data — stays confidential. Each engagement agreement may add specific NDA terms; those override this section where they conflict.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We don’t guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including ad platform changes, market conditions, and the quality of your offer and operations.
- We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the site or our services is capped at the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, etc.).
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time. For paid engagements, termination is governed by the notice and exit clauses in your engagement agreement. We may suspend access to the site or services if you breach these terms or your engagement agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These site terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising from a paid engagement are governed by the law and dispute resolution clauses set out in that engagement’s agreement, which will usually take precedence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tracks the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
